"It is with the United States that we will hold the main round of negotiations [on security guarantees], which will take place immediately after the end of the New Year holidays," the diplomat said.

Earlier, the minister noted that Washington and Moscow have agreed to use three tracks of negotiations. Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko added that, in addition, the Russian side is working on the timing and format of the meeting of the Russia -NATO Council.
